Interdependent Like Trees

This month’s worship theme is “Resistance”.

Our Share-the-Plate donations in April go to Connecting Community Corridor for People, Pollinators, and the Planet.

As human beings, we are interdependent not only on one another, but also on plants, fungi, animals – even insects like pollinators! Using the analogy of trees, we will explore interdependence in this intergenerational service through music, bodily movement, and flower communion. How can we create and nurture relationships of care and respect with all beings? Bring a flower to share if you can, or stay after the service to fold newspaper pots and plant sunflowers.
