We welcome and affirm people of all abilities. We have taken the following steps to assure that no one is excluded from full participation in the life of our church.

From September through May ASL interpretation is provided for the 11:00am service, the interpreter stands on the left side of the chancel.

Our building is one level and wheelchair accessible, the main entrance (Weisheimer parking lot side) has a button activated door opener. Both parking lots have several accessible, as well as at least one van-accessible parking space as well as curb cuts from the asphalt to the sidewalk.

There is a family restroom, as well as gender specific ones, everyone is encouraged to use the restroom that matches their gender identity. There are accessible stalls and baby changing tables in each bathroom but there are not assistive devices on the gender specific restroom doors yet.

Our Worship Center seating is flexible, there are specific spaces throughout the room left open for those using wheelchairs or mobility devices, however seating can always be easily rearranged upon request if you would prefer to sit elsewhere.

Slowter Lounge is a windowed room at the side of the Worship Center for anyone not comfortable in the large room. There are couches and arm chairs there as well as space for wheelchairs and other mobility devices.

Wee Worship is an area of our Worship Center specifically for families with children who may need to move about or be occupied during the service, there is space to spread out and quiet activities to keep little hands happy. There is also a separate Wiggle Room with windows into the Worship Center if children need a place they can be more active or talkative.

Large print hymnals and Orders of Service are always available, as are program amplification devices. We also have a braille hymnal. Please ask any usher for assistance. If you would like an orientation tour of the campus during the week, contact the church office to make arrangements.

We have grassy areas where service animals may relieve themselves.

We are a neuro and gender diverse community and try to be welcoming to everyone, if you find something challenging please let us know.  Our Religious Exploration program is adaptive and accommodations are easily made. Parents are always welcome in the classrooms.

If you have any questions not answered or concerns not addressed, please contact the church office to seek further information.
