With the upcoming retirement of Rev. Terasa, our church will be hiring a new minister for church years 2027-2029.  We will be hiring a contracted minister based on guidance from the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA).

Below are two ways you can get involved with this process within our congregation.

1)  The Board of Trustees is seeking members of our church to serve on the official Search Committee for our congregation’s new minister.
The Search Committee will help create our church’s profile, which explains our congregation’s personality and needs to potential applicants.  This Committee will interview ministers who apply, and is integral in the hiring process.

2)  Share your opinions on the new minister feedback form.
As we look toward the future, and directly in line with our first focus area, the Board is actively seeking feedback from First UU congregants regarding the qualities and strengths most important to you as we search for the right individual to serve as a new minister.
