Christmas Eve Services

On Christmas Eve at 5pm, join us for a for a family-centered celebration of Christmas – for all ages!  Children are welcome to bring along their favorite stuffed animal pal! Festive holiday attire is encouraged.  At 8pm we offer a Candlelit Christmas Eve for those wanting a contemplative Christmas service.  Read more for details:

Annual Stone Soup Service

Enjoy a multigenerational celebration of gratitude and togetherness! Drop off ingredients to the kitchen before the service, then join us afterwards for community and hot soup! Presented by Director of Religious Exploration, Amber Scott.

Backpack Blessing (all ages)

First UU celebrates the 22nd Feed and Read backpack drive! Join us to consider how direct service ties into our values, and take action by helping to fill our goal of 100 backpacks for local children in need! Presented by Jacques Angelino, Rev. Amanda Hays, and Amber Scott.

Flower Ceremony / Earth Day

As we near Earth Day, we will playfully reflect on the history of our one earth.  What can we learn from times when our interdependent web has been out of balance in the past – and present?  This all ages service will include our yearly Flower Ceremony and Child Dedication.

All Bodies Are Sacred…All People Are Worthy. Join us for an interactive service for all ages!  Together we will explore our congregation’s call to be truly welcoming, and what Unitarian Universalism teaches us about bodily autonomy, diversity, and gender.
