Mom's Holiday Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1 ½ cups Sugar
- 1 t Salt
- 2 t Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 29 oz can Pumpkin
- 2 12 oz Canned Milk
- 2 Unbaked Pie Crusts
- Cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix together eggs, sugar, salt and pumpkin pie spice until creamy
- Add in 1 can of pumpkin and mix
- Add 2 12 oz cans of milk
- Pour into pie crusts
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top
- Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then turn oven down to 350° for 45 minutes (max)
- Pie is done when toothpick entered into center is clean. Start checking after 35 minutes at 350°
