Mom's Holiday Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 ½ cups Sugar
  • 1 t Salt
  • 2 t Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 29 oz can Pumpkin
  • 2 12 oz Canned Milk
  • 2 Unbaked Pie Crusts
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mix together eggs, sugar, salt and pumpkin pie spice until creamy
  • Add in 1 can of pumpkin and mix
  • Add 2 12 oz cans of milk
  • Pour into pie crusts
  • Sprinkle cinnamon on top
  • Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then turn oven down to 350° for 45 minutes (max)
  • Pie is done when toothpick entered into center is clean. Start checking after 35 minutes at 350°
