Mom’s Holiday Pumpkin Pie

Can't get enough!

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 ½ cups Sugar
  • 1 t Salt
  • 2 t Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 29 oz can Pumpkin
  • 2 12 oz Canned Milk
  • 2 Unbaked Pie Crusts
  • Cinnamon
  1. Mix together eggs, sugar, salt and pumpkin pie spice until creamy

  2. Add in 1 can of pumpkin and mix

  3. Add 2 12 oz cans of milk

  4. Pour into pie crusts

  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top

  6. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then turn oven down to 350° for 45 minutes (max)

  7. Pie is done when toothpick entered into center is clean. Start checking after 35 minutes at 350°
