Mom’s Holiday Pumpkin Pie
Can't get enough!
- 4 Eggs
- 1 ½ cups Sugar
- 1 t Salt
- 2 t Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 29 oz can Pumpkin
- 2 12 oz Canned Milk
- 2 Unbaked Pie Crusts
- Cinnamon

Mix together eggs, sugar, salt and pumpkin pie spice until creamy

Add in 1 can of pumpkin and mix

Add 2 12 oz cans of milk

Pour into pie crusts

Sprinkle cinnamon on top

Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then turn oven down to 350° for 45 minutes (max)

Pie is done when toothpick entered into center is clean. Start checking after 35 minutes at 350°
