First UU’s annual business meeting will be held this Sunday, June 12th, starting at 11:30 AM.  The meeting this year will be a hybrid format, allowing you to attend either online or in person.  Those attending in person will need to exit the Worship Center and then check in and go back in, just like we have done in the past.  There will be snacks to refresh you and hold you over until the end of the meeting.  

Voting for our slate of candidates for Board of Trustees, Nominating Committee, and Moderator, as well as our Share-the-Plate recipients for FY23 is being done online and voting is currently in process.  Online voting will end at noon on the day of the meeting.  If you have not received your online ballot, please first check your spam folder..it’s coming from OPA Vote, and if it’s not there, please contact the Board at board@firstuucolumbus.org.  

At the meeting,we will be approving the minutes of the Mid-Year Meeting Minutes and the Budget for FY23.  Links to these two items were included in your online ballot, sent on Friday, May 27th, and included in reminders.  We are providing them again here so they are handy for you on Sunday.  At the meeting, we will have a few printed copies.  We are hoping you will look at them electronically, so we can save a few trees by reducing needs for copies.
