Per the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Columbus Constitution, all meetings of the Board of Trustees are open to members of this church. We are glad you would like to attend!

Member Participation at Board Meetings

The Board will attempt to respond to your request in one of the following ways:

• The Board may choose to put your item on the agenda if it appropriate for a Board meeting and if time allows.

  • A board member will contact you as part of that discernment and scheduling process.

  • You may be invited to speak about your issue at the meeting, usually during the first 15 minutes of the meeting.
  • If a request is received less than a week before the next board meeting, the item will likely be scheduled for a future meeting.
• In some cases, we may refer your comments to the appropriate committee or staff member
• We may respond to your question directly via email or a phone call

In all cases, we want to answer your inquiry as best we can.  Remember, we are volunteers, so it may take a couple of days to respond.
