Ingredients
12ozCranberries (Fresh or Frozen)
3TbspLime Juice (fresh)
½ - ¾cupPure Maple Syrup
3-4Green Onions (thinly sliced)
½Large Jalapeno (seeded and chopped)
2cupsFresh Cilantro Leaves (not chopped; optional if you don't like them)
Instructions
Place all in a food processor and process until coarsely chopped. Chill
(Note: Drain the cranberry juice but save it to drink or add to sparkling water for color & flavor!)
