Tai Chi for Balance

This group class will offer a step-by-step introduction to a16-movement form of Tai Chi modified for older adults and others with balance challenges. The movements can be completed eitherstanding or seated. Practicing Tai Chican improve mindful movement and core strength, and increase neural pathways inthe brain. Two instructors, Guy andBetsy Smalley, can provide individual attention to participants who want toincrease balance and safe movement.
Wear comfortable clothes and flat, non-skid shoes!
