Description: Senseless wars, economic anxiety, political conflict, climate change and so many other stressors swirl around us. Life is just plain hard — perhaps now more than ever. So how can we meet the stress, conflict and violence going on around us and respond with peaceful strength to counteract them in constructive ways? Join body awareness and Aikido expert Paul Linden PhD of the Columbus Center for Movement Studies and Stanford CCARE applied compassion ambassador (and UU Columbus member) Peter Spreitzer for a 2-hour workshop that will put compassion into action, using mindbody tools to help you find effective ways to move through every kind of difficult situation.
