All Are Welcome Here

All people of good will are invited to visit and learn about us, and to join our community, regardless of race, color, sex, ability, affectional or sexual orientation, age, or national origin, and without requiring adherence to any particular interpretation of religion or to any particular religious belief or creed.

Having met the requirements set forth by the UUA, we are designated a ”Welcoming Congregation”. This designation formalizes our commitment to be inclusive and expressive of the concerns of bisexual, gay, lesbian, and/or transgender persons at every level of congregational life. Learn more.

Our Welcoming Philosophy

We begin each service with the reading of the following statement:

“All are welcome here. However you got here, whoever you are, whatever your personal journey, whatever courage or questions your journey raises for you, whatever your struggles or joys or orientation, whether you are visiting for the first time, considering membership, or have been here for a while, whether you walked or rode in or came by car, YOU ARE WELCOME HERE. We invite you this morning to help us together weave a community of care, learning, witness, justice and vision in the midst of our larger world.”

Each Sunday, we offer an informal, “Getting To Know UU” session in which we invite seekers to ask questions about our church – its heritage, community, faith and ministries.

We place a strong emphasis on our hospitality to visitors, seekers and newcomers. We continue to re-evaluate ourselves in this respect to ensure we are reaching out to you in the best possible manner.

We invite you to learn more about Who We Are or check out upcoming Church activities on our Calendar.

We look forward to welcoming you!
