Adult Enrichment Program (AEP)
Course Proposal Form

The process:

  1. You volunteer to offer a class or are recruited.

  2. Complete the attached form as completely as possible. Email it to the AEP Committee Chair (gsmalley@wowway.com) or drop it off at the church AEP Committee mailbox.

  3. The AEP Committee will review your proposal at its next monthly meeting (2nd Wed of the month).

  4. If your class is approved, the Committee will register participants each Sunday before and after services.

  5. We send you the class list.

  6. We arrange for class space.

  7. You give your course/workshop.

  8. You give us feedback on the course and the process.
