Adult Enrichment Program (AEP) Course Proposal Form
AEP Instructors serve as volunteers and will not be paid for classes offered. However AEP instructors can attend other AEP classes free of charge during the quarter your course is offered. Please notify us if you are interested.
Scheduling AEP classes on Saturdays can be difficult because of other church related activities such as weddings.
Reasonable costs for class materials such as printing are reimbursable.
We will arrange for room assignment. Let us know if you prefer a particular room or if there is a room NOT appropriate for your class (e.g. when privacy is a concern)
The process:
You volunteer to offer a class or are recruited.
Complete the attached form as completely as possible. Email it to the AEP Committee Chair (gsmalley@wowway.com) or drop it off at the church AEP Committee mailbox.
The AEP Committee will review your proposal at its next monthly meeting (2nd Wed of the month).
If your class is approved, the Committee will register participants each Sunday before and after services.
We send you the class list.
We arrange for class space.
You give your course/workshop.
You give us feedback on the course and the process.

Target audience description (e.g. - older adults). This helps us promote your class.
