REGISTRATION FORM

Registration for Adult Education Program courses may be submitted at any time. Refer to the Current Course Catalog, fill in the name of the course you would like to participate in in the space below and submit.

Classes with low registration numbers may be cancelled. Register now to ensure the course is filled.

Childcare is available. Request such by contacting Caroline (information above) at least one week before the course begins.

Donations are requested to sustain the life of the church. Please make a donation at the time of registration or at the first class meeting.
$5 is requested for a single session course; multiple session courses are $10 per quarter unless otherwise noted.
