and 2pm.

The auction this year will be:
Saturday February 16, 2008 at 6:00pm
The Auction theme is 60's - Peace, Love, and Fundraising!
We have started work on the 2009 auction, and we'd love your help! We
welcome new ideas and participation.
Tickets will be $12 in advance and $15 at the door. Doors Open
at 6 pm, Dinner is at 7:15 pm, and Live Auction is 8-11 pm.
Our auction committee meetings are Sundays after church at 12:45 on
these
dates: - November 11 (phone-a-thon at BIA - contact Mary Lou
McDonald for directions)

We'll also start having a table in Fellowship Hall where you can buy
your tickets, pick up a donation
form, sign up to volunteer, or tell us what you can bring for
the bake sale.
In order to be in our printed catalog, donation forms need to be in
by Jan 27

We all appreciate the continued support and dedication of our
many volunteers. If you would like to share in this rewarding
experience next year, please contact an auction committee member - we
are always looking for new ideas and talents!
Some things our volunteers do include:
- Phone Bank - calling past donors to solicit donations
- Community Liason - visting and calling local businesses to
ask for their support
- Decorations - Help be a part of the amazing
space-transforming team!
- Food - Help maintain our reputation for putting on a
spectacular feast!
- Check in/out team - If you like people, don't let the
technology scare you! It's fun!
- Silent Auction - Much care goes into displaying items for
sale in Fellowship hall
- Slide Show
- Catalog
- Clean Up - Both Kitchen and general tear down help is
needed
- Website - I could use a backup...
